Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays. To design, develop or update SOP and best practices for prodcution operation. To assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees. To optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards. Responsible for maintaining and imporving all equipment / process related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities. To assist Senior Production Manager in managing a team of supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components. To coordinate between Quality Control team, sub-contractos, technical team, Material Procurement and Mould team to ensure smooth production. Follow up on preventive measures and corrective action taken.

Job requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in contrustion or precast industry. Ability to work as team member.

Prior experience in precast projects will be an added advantage.

Technical Competencies:

Must have some knowledge of architectural precast works (measurements, sequence, concept, theoretical understanding). Ability to interpret and counter-propose production-related drawings to ensure compliance, cost, and time efficiency. Prior Singapore construction project experience is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
