Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven

Production Manager / Assistant Manager

to lead our precast concrete production team. You'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing daily operations to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet project timelines and delivery targets. Ensure high-quality precast products in compliance with QMS, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor production performance and implement improvement actions to boost efficiency. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators. Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics for smooth operations. Oversee preventive maintenance and control production costs, waste, and resources. Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety and teamwork culture.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in precast concrete production.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Able to lead a full production team and meet tight deadlines. Working Days:

5.5 days per week

(Alternate Saturdays off). Location:

Beranang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
