Job Description

1. Signboard Fabrication Support

Assist in the preparation, cutting, assembling, and installation of signboards, lightboxes, and display structures. Help in handling materials such as acrylic, aluminum, steel, LED modules, and vinyl stickers. Perform basic fabrication tasks such as drilling, grinding, painting, or sanding surfaces before installation.

2. Electrical Assistance

Support senior technicians in wiring LED lights, power supplies, and basic electrical connections for illuminated signboards. Conduct simple testing of lighting components under supervision. Ensure proper insulation, connections, and safety practices are followed.

3. Welding & Metalwork Assistance

Assist welders with basic welding preparation, such as holding parts in position, cleaning joints, or grinding edges. Perform simple tack welding or minor metal repair tasks under supervision. Help maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.

4. Installation & On-site Work

Help load and unload materials, tools, and signboards from company vehicles. Assist with the setup and installation of signboards at customer premises, including mounting, alignment, and securing structures. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at work sites.

5. Maintenance & Workshop Duties

Keep the workshop clean, organized, and well-maintained. Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in good condition. Support senior staff in day-to-day operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

signboard fabrication

,

electrical wiring

, and

welding work

. Able to use hand tools and basic power tools safely. Physically fit to handle lifting and outdoor installation work. Willing to learn and follow instructions carefully. Able to work overtime or travel to site installations when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
