An international leading supplier of innovative farming equipment is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to test and commission electrical equipment and automation control systems. In this job, you are required to travel overseas for commissioning work in the near future. About the Electrical Commissioning Engineer Role:
In this Electrical Commissioning Engineer position, you will be using your knowledge in electrical and automation systems to provide testing and commissioning services to the clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Test run, commission, maintain equipment and other automation related services
• Manage on-site commissioning works and provide hands-on support
• Manage field services and preventive maintenance
• Support part claims if any defect is under warranty
• Understand and implement designs from electrical drawings
• Provide diagnosis of faults and evaluate claims
• Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment
• Provide training to the client for system testing
• Provide commissioning support for projects outside of Malaysia when assigned
• Willing to travel 90% including distant in-country or abroad for the job assigned

To succeed in this Electrical Commissioning Engineer role, you will need to have a solid knowledge and background in electrical and machinery automation. You will also need to have hands-on service or maintenance experience. Key Requirements:

• Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or a related field of study
• At least four years of work experience, dealing with automation, networking and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of VFD, network communication and PLC is an advantage
• Attentive to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good hands-on electrical and computing skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently and process strong people management skills
