Job Description

1. Review all Hook-Up and Commissioning works requirement for Instrument Commissioning discipline. 2. Understand of SOP, instruction manual, interconnecting wiring diagrams, interlock logic, specification data sheet, hook-up and P&ID drawings 3. Prepare necessary resources, equipment, tools and consumables to perform and complete the defined Scope of Work. 4. Inspect and confirm all materials, equipment and tools required to perform the Scope of Work including checking and calibration of tools and standard measurement instrument such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger meter, pressure hand pump, HART/FF Communicator and etc. 5. Preparation, calibration and complete check list of all accessories and instruments prior to testing and commissioning. 6. To advise and verify for testing, commissioning activities including installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrument works and systems. . 7. To produce testing and commissioning daily report. 8. To verify and confirm instrument construction work requirement as per Specification and Drawings \xe2\x80\x93 Single Line Diagram, Electrical Layout Diagram, Electrical Cable Schedule, P&ID, Flow Diagram, Block Diagram, Instrument Index, I/O Schedule, Installation Drawings and Scope of Work. 9. Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of process variable measurement neither field bus foundation (FF) or analog (4-20mA) field instruments such as flow, level, temperature, pressure a. Transmitter/gauge/switch , analyzer (CO2, Turbidity, Disolve Oxygen, H2S), and fire & gas equipment (gas detector, flame detector, smoke detector, manual call point-MAC) 10. Troubleshooting and rectifying faults in electrical control circuits in timely and efficient manner.
