Job Responsibilities:

Able to work independently, executes timely for assigned works/projects. Knowledge with expertise level in E-CAD and E-PLAN. Electrical planning and design of the control system for customised special machines, components, assemblies and entire systems. Knowledge in electrical code and standard, electrical design software, electrical components and manufacturing processes. Analysing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and ability to think out of box developing innovative solutions. Conducting simulations (MATLAB) and analyses to validate designs, ensuring they meet performance, quality, customer requirements and safety standards. Ensuring designs adhere to industry standards and regulations. Ability to perform Electrical troubleshooting directly on the equipment/ system. Creation and revision of circuit diagrams and parts lists. Creation of designed model, concept documentation and presentations Prepare documentation of project progress, project results and key learnings. Selection and maintenance of electrical components in the E-PLAN, PDM and ERP system NAVISON. Coordination with the R&D, Systems Engineering, Production, Merchandise Management and Automation team present findings, and explain technical concepts and improvements. Good team player, working attitude and able to work with minimal supervision, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Willing to travel domestic and international when needed. Willing to work extra hours per country labour law regulation.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess Bachelor/ Master Degree in Electrical Engineering field with minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experiences. (Preferably in specific purpose machinery manufacturing) Strong understanding of specific-purpose machinery manufacturing and it challenges (Photonic related machine will be added advantages). Knowledge on E-plan, solid experience on PCB design, Sistema calculation. Basic knowledge in opto-electronic and optics, strong electrical and technical aptitude with the ability to create and interpret schematic diagrams, safety PLC and basic electronic/optics components application. Excellent interpersonal with strong written and verbal communications skills (mainly in English - Additional language will be added advantage), and client-interfacing skills. Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, attention to details and with good technical problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality. Able to negotiate, manage conflicts and commit to meeting customer requirement schedules. Entrepreneur mindset. A good team player and able to work with the Internal and External team to deliver business results and meet customer service quality standards.
