Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Repair and maintain motors, control panels, wiring, PLCs, and power systems to prevent downtime.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Implement scheduled inspections and testing to ensure system reliability.
3. Process & Efficiency Improvement: Optimize power consumption and electrical automation for better performance.
4. ISO Compliance: Ensure records, SOPs, and safety measures align with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
5. 6S Housekeeping & Safety: Apply 6S principles and enforce electrical safety regulations.
6. Spare Parts & Inventory: Monitor and manage electrical spare parts for maintenance needs. Liaise with purchasing for proper inventory planning.
7. Technical Support & Training: Guide technicians, troubleshoot issues, and support production teams.
8. Hands-on experience in electrical systems, power management, and safety compliance is a strong advantage.
