Job Summary:

The Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects in accordance with company and client specifications. This includes design review, site supervision, technical coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery with adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the proposal, engineering, manufacturing activities of the company. Leading, manage & supervising a team of technician & fitter in accomplishing the assigned task & duty. Manage, plan, execute & monitor the engineering & manufacturing activities right from order receiving, reviewing, implementation, execution, testing, delivery to successful installation & commissioning stage. Assisting in preparing commercial & technical proposal for tender submission. Reviewing order & design in meeting Customer's technical requirements. Recommend & implement changes / modifications to improve & optimize design, manufacturing & testing processes. Cost control & monitoring in meeting budget of the order or project. Sourcing of right or alternative manufacturing & construction material in meeting the technical specification & requirements. Execute manufacturing, documentation, testing, installation, system supporting & servicing activities according to overall order or project delivery schedule. Custody & upkeep of design & manufacturing tools & equipment in good working condition. Responsible for overall Customer order handling, manufacturing planning, Customer order coordination of the company. Plan, execute coordinate & monitor all related activities right from order confirmation, implementation, execution, testing & delivery to Customer. Recommend & implement changes / modifications to improve & optimize enquiry, planning, manufacturing & delivery processes. Implement all activities according to company procedure & quality requirements. Responsible for Ad-hoc task include mobilization to site (Local & Abroad).

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) 1 year of working experience in engineering or related field (fresh graduates may also be considered). Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel or work on-site depending on project needs.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Familiarity with ISO standards or QA/QC procedures. Experience in project documentation, commissioning, or site supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools.
