Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated

Electrical Engineer

to support electrical design, installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will be involved in ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and review electrical systems, circuits, and layouts according to project requirements. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and machinery. Prepare technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports. Support production, operations, or project teams in resolving electrical-related issues. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external parties on electrical matters. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (for junior roles), OR 1-5 years of relevant working experience for engineer-level positions.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and power distribution. Familiar with electrical standards and safety regulations (e.g. IEC, MS, OSHA).

Software Skills:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other electrical design tools is an advantage.

Language:

Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for MNC / China-linked companies).

Personal Attributes:

Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,148.68 - RM6,500.00 per month
