Job Description

Responsibilities:

Participating in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with design, construction, modification on PLC program to enhance the automation line, and maintenance plus repair on electrical components and machineries in factory to obtain optimum utilization of machines or equipment. Supervise activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, testing and maintaining electrical components, equipment and PLC systems. Design systems to interface machines, electrical components, equipment and PLC systems for integrated control in the manufacturing purposes Test newly installed machines and electrical components to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications Use computer assisted engineering and design software (PLC) and equipment to perform engineering tasks and troubleshoot production problem online Suggest changes in working conditions and use of electrical components or automation to increase efficiency of production process or work crew. Meeting production and maintenance schedules using ERP system Establishing Engineering library for Mechanical & electrical materials, such as drawing, manuals, brochures, SOP, troubleshooting procedures, reports and analysis And other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Other equivalent Engineering Course Working experience in trouble shooting plant machineries & maintenance are added Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills, must be able to share technical experience with team

Salary:

* RM3,000 starting basic salary for fresh graduate
