Job Description
We are hiring for our new Data Center project in Johor Bahru
Work location:
Ulu Tiram
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, review, and coordination of electrical systems for data center projects, including
power distribution, UPS, generators, and grounding systems
Support site supervision and coordination to ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards Participate in testing and commissioning of electrical systems, includingLV systems, backup power, and critical infrastructure
Monitor contractor and vendor work progress, quality, and safety compliance Prepare and review technical documents such asmethod statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and test reports
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, IT, civil) to ensure integrated data center operations Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and support corrective actions to minimize downtime risks Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and data center operational requirementsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering
or equivalent1-5 years
of relevant working experience in electrical engineering, preferably indata center, mission-critical facilities, or industrial projects
Basic to intermediate knowledge ofdata center electrical systems
(UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU, grounding) Familiarity with electrical standards and guidelines (e.g., IEC, IEEE, MS, or equivalent)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
