Job Summary:

We are looking for a

hands-on and reliable Electrical Engineer

to join our Facilities Management team in Kuantan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of all electrical systems in the facility to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, generators, and UPS. Carry out regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable system performance. Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for maintenance, upgrades, and compliance matters. Ensure all electrical systems and work practices comply with

Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)

DOSH

BOMBA

, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and service reports. Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects within the facility. Provide technical input for renovation, refurbishment, or facility upgrade works. Participate in risk assessments, safety checks, and technical audits as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

from a recognized institution.

Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

. Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

in facilities management, building maintenance, or property operations. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, and safety standards. Familiar with

energy management systems

and

green building practices

. Experience working in

commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities

is an advantage.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
