Senior Engineer Facility Management
Job Description
Ensure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in Facility Management& Control System (FMCS) and electrical system. Develop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system through FMECA, oneSAP etc. Support in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover; etc. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics) Min. 5 years related working experience in Facilities Management or related field/industry, preferably experience in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering. Good communicator with strong teamwork attitude Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Experienced with Siemens PCS7 and/or Tridium is an added advantage
