Job Description

The Legal, Senior Manager will lead and manage legal matters related to conveyancing and leasing within the investment industry. This position, based in Kuala Lumpur, requires strong expertise in legal documentation and compliance

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to conveyancing and leasing transactions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all property-related matters.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on leasing agreements and property issues.
Oversee the execution of property-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
Manage disputes related to conveyancing or leasing and provide resolution strategies.
Lead a team to ensure smooth operation of legal processes within the department.
Support the Legal department in achieving corporate objectives and maintaining risk management standards.

Shape high-value legal strategy in iconic developmentsDraft, advise & negotiate high-value legal agreements

A degree in Law
PQE 15 years and above
Proven expertise in conveyancing and leasing legal matters.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements..
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
