Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate/M&A agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare reports.
- Advise on corporate governance, compliance, securities law and restructuring.
- Support cross-border transactions and liaise with external counsel.
- Work closely with clients to deliver clear, practical legal solutions.
- Stay updated on corporate and securities law developments.
Requirements
- LLB and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
- 1 to 8 years PQE in corporate/M&A work.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Critical thinker with strong commercial awareness.
- Team player, able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Cross-border experience and regulatory knowledge are advantages.
