Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 7,500

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the context of industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Proficiency in using electrical design and drafting software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or related certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.

Review documentation from suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support.

Ensure electrical systems comply with local standards and regulations.

Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Implement corrective actions to address issues and ensure system reliability.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coordination.

Monitor progress against engineering schedules.

Approve technical instructions and drawings.

Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements.
