To efficiently manage and access all electronic instruments, equipment in the plant area; design, develop and maintain electrical control systems, machinery, equipment and components to required specifications. Able to trouble shoot, communicate/analyze and understand PCB related issue and assembly software;
Troubleshoots system abnormalities and provides technical solutions;
Directs, manages and supervises tasks executed by contractors;
Coordinates maintenance activities and plant improvement projects with production and other relevant parties;
Manages PLC software versioning and backups;
Assists and supports recovery efforts;
Can read the electrical principle drawing; modify the program according the the onsite real situation to solve the technical issue raised from on site,
Investigates equipment and system breakdowns and outages;
Programming according to the equipment action flow, including PLC, touch screen, robot, server, visual system, or other programmable equipment;
Supports spares and maintenance materials planning activities;
Establishes and maintains maintenance technician orientation / training / refresher training procedures
Carry out any other task assigned by management from time to time
