Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.
Development and maintenance of maintenance documents as per ISO standards. i.e; SOP, WI, Maintenance schedule, etc.
Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions.
Work with production team to execute improvement projects, and coordinating with vendors
To oversee new fabrication projects, continues improvement project and plant new set-up for the company.
Continuously observe and enforces good housekeeping practices according to company housekeeping policies.
Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily and preventive maintenance duties
To liaise with external electrical vendor, supplier, contractor or government related department.
Project planning, execution, supervision, and Gantt chart updated to ensure met the deadlines.
Always come out new ideals continues improvement of equipment, automation and energy saving project.
More than 3 year working experience in factory electrical trouble shooting.
