In this role, the successful applicant will function as part of the on-site team to ensure timely and quality deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client. The successful applicant will serve as the focal point accountable for

Electrical Systems

, which include:

Power Distribution Systems:

LV panels, switchboards, busbars, circuit breakers, MCCBs, isolators

Critical Power Equipment:

UPS systems, battery banks, PDUs, ATS, STS

Lighting & Small Power Systems:

Emergency lighting, general lighting circuits, sockets

Auxiliary Components:

Cables, cable trays, earthing systems, surge protection devices

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Comply with Client's process flows on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM). Develop and/or review Method of Procedure (MOPs) for electrical equipment and systems for which PPM or RM is to be executed, in collaboration with internal team members and Client representatives. Manage, track, and ensure timely deliverables of both OCS-appointed and Client-assigned vendors. Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure documentation processes (internal and Client) are adhered to at all times, especially with CMMS Engineer and Admin Executive. Actively participate in any shutdown or major activity that may only be allowed on weekends or public holidays. Prepare daily/weekly updates and monthly report summaries, including site walks and verification. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical panels, UPS systems, lighting circuits, and power distribution equipment. Troubleshoot defective electrical systems and maintain a snags list with proposed rectification plans. Conduct daily inspections of critical electrical equipment. Support incident response and mitigation for electrical faults. Monitor critical power systems to meet or exceed uptime service levels.

Qualification Requirement

The individual should possess the following:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Strong fundamentals in Electrical Power Systems and Circuit Analysis. At least 2 years of O&M experience handling electrical systems in critical facilities (preferably data centers) or 3 years in other facilities. Familiarity with electrical O&M terminology (e.g., LV, UPS, ATS, STS) and units of measurement (e.g., kVA, kW, Hz). Self-driven, innovative, and able to independently complete tasks in an output-based environment. Ability to be on standby and respond outside office hours. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
