Job Description

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Electrical from a recognized institution. Minimum

2-3 years of working experience

in Solar PV farm Projects, or related electrical O&M fields. Possession of

Grid-Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV)

certification and/or relevant

Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

certification is an added advantage. Strong proficiency in

English

and

Bahasa Malaysia

, both written and spoken. Proficiency in

Mandarin

& Hands-on experience in

designing and engineering utility-scale Solar PV systems

is an added advantage. Experience in

managing solar PV project execution

, including site coordination, progress monitoring, and technical documentation, will be an added advantage. Familiar with technical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), as-built documents, testing & commissioning reports, and handover documentation. Ability to conduct site inspections, troubleshooting activities, and technical assessments effectively. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, renewable energy guidelines, and relevant local regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Willing to travel to project sites when required. Willing to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and support both O&M and pre-project handover tasks.
