Position: Project Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM4,500 - RM6,000 (Basic)
Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, Normal working hours
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Electrical Project Engineer
to join our growing team!In this role, you'll be involved in
tender preparation, technical support, and project execution
for electrical projects ensuring everything runs smoothly from design to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit
design drawings, BOQ, costing, tender documents, and O&M manuals
. Support project planning, machine installations, and site layout works. Coordinate withlocal authorities
(TNB, ST, JKR, Telekom, etc.) for project approvals. Monitor project progress and supervise contractors. Communicate with clients on technical requirements and proposals. Ensure all designs comply with local rules, standards, and safety regulations.Requirements:
Degree in
Electrical Engineering
or equivalent. Minimum5 years of experience
in electrical project engineering or a related role.BEM certification
or equivalent is preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient inMicrosoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command ofEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
(spoken & written). Possess own transport andwilling to travel
