Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Design, review, and prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Plan and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and system evaluations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project smoothness.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of electrical works.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for project submission.
Identify and resolve electrical-related issues during the construction process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 yearsof relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, ELV systems, and M&E coordination. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent. Good understanding of local electrical codes and standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional certification or registration with [insert board, if applicable]is an advantage.
