Electrical Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain electrical systems for building facilities and equipment. Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations, safety, and energy efficiency standards. Monitor and manage electrical equipment performance and energy usage. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance works and system upgrades. Conduct periodic inspections and prepare maintenance reports. Support facility operations by responding to electrical-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field. BEM registration is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in electrical design, installation, or maintenance. Knowledge of local codes and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations. Skilled in AutoCAD, design software, and MS Office. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and in a team. Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
