Job Description

OEM/Custom Design Engineer for design-in Rechargeable Battery & Charger products. This position requires to work on projects from concept design, feasibility study, establishing specification or design requirement, component selection, detail circuitry design, design validation, regulatory compliance, testing method, and finally to documentation for manufacturing. Reviews and checks engineering drawings, plans, computations, estimates and reports for completeness, accuracy, and soundness. Works with superior to monitor new developments and techniques in the industry, including evaluation of potential application for the company.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)

Bachelor Degree. 5 year experience in electronics industry. Experience in electronic circuit design, sample test and debug. Proficient in using EDA tools like Altium Designer or other equivalent tool for schematic capture, PCB layout and simulation. Thorough understanding of using digital multi-meter, digital scope, logic analyzer and spectrum analyzer. Exposure to the development of portable power systems will be considered a plus. Proficient in using common office software tool for reporting and documentation. Willingness to take ownership and the ability to drive issues to complete closure (including proper documentation) are essential. Strong project management and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts in resolving process and design issues. Able to conversant in Mandarin and English for both verbal & written communication due to the needs liaise with China Team and US Team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
