Lead in the engineering and specification of sophisticated electrical components and
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for cutting-edge agricultural automation systems. Development of Electrical Schematics:
Expertly craft Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), ensuring precise and efficient electrical distribution throughout our advanced farming systems. Bill of Materials (BOM) Formulation:
Meticulously prepare and manage the Bills of Materials, aligning with the technical requirements and project specifications for automation systems. Strategic Procurement and Vendor Management:
Oversee procurement processes and engage in tactical negotiations with vendors, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality materials and services for system development. PLC Programming and System Logic Development:
Utilize specialized knowledge in PLC programming to develop and refine the control logic, enhancing the functionality and efficiency of our agricultural systems. Documentation and Technical Team Collaboration:
Provide comprehensive documentation and collaborate effectively with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, plant scientists, and agronomists, ensuring the integration of electrical systems that maximize plant growth. Installation Supervision and System Integration:
Oversee the meticulous installation of electrical and control systems, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Interdisciplinary Collaboration for Agricultural Advancement:
Work in close collaboration with a diverse team of experts to identify and implement system features that maximize agricultural productivity, while understanding the capabilities and constraints of current technologies. . Qualifications: Educational Background:
Holder of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering, demonstrating a thorough grounding in the core principles and advanced concepts of electrical systems design and theory. Electrical Engineering Experience:
Proven expertise in electrical engineering with a focus on the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems. This includes a deep understanding of electrical schematics, circuitry, and system integration. Proficiency in Schematic Design:
Advanced skill in generating Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and conducting detailed electrical load calculations, essential for the accurate planning and execution of electrical projects. PLC Certification:
Certified proficiency in a recognized Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) program. This certification should reflect a deep understanding of PLC programming, logic development, and system integration. PLC System Design Expertise:
A minimum of three years of experience in the design, programming, and integration of
PLC systems, demonstrating a track record of managing and executing projects in automation and control systems. Technological Acumen:
