Job Description

Oversee facilities maintenance & energy management within the company's premise.

Ensure all facilities at Soon Soon Group are consistently maintained to deliver promised performance. Proficient in contributing to company-wide business development initiatives and implementing necessary changes when required. Collaborate with consultants and contractors to validate facilities. Formulate yearly maintenance plans and budgets. Monitor and minimize expenses on spare parts and overhead costs to stay within budget. Implement effective planning and monitoring processes for organized daily work schedules. Supervise subordinates tasks and contractor activities to ensure compliance with electrical specifications for assigned projects. Supervise subordinates tasks and contractor activities to ensure timely completion. Uphold work quality standards to meet contract specifications, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and DOSH regulations. Respond to significant facility failures (more than 2hours) during office hour, after office hours or on public holiday and propose actions to accelerate repairs. Responsible for reporting to the superior if the failure remains unresolved for more than 4 hour. Analyse and develop solutions for breakdowns caused by repeated failures and establish improvement plans. Recommend and evaluate spare part substitutions based on cost and reliability. Track and report monthly energy consumption. Provide monthly activity and management reports. Execute, part collection, site visit, installation & testing outside factory area such as foundry, workshop, branch office, branch factory, customer site and etc or any jobs related.
Requirements:-

Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent or Diploma with relevant working experience and Electrical Chargeman A4 (will be added advantages) Experience: Preferred at least 5 years in Facility, Maintenance or related field.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
