1-Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineer (Electrical) 2-At least 3-6 Year(s) of working experience in electrical for building construction or related field is required for this position 3-Preferably manager specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent 4-Required Skill(s): Goods in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and knowledge in ACAD will be advantage 5-Candidate will act as a Electrical Project Engineer for this job position 6-Possess good in negotiation skill 7-Possess strong knowledge on technical issues and problem solving 8-Able to communicate and solve problem with relevant parties on site matters, attending meeting. 9-Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner 10-Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements 11- Track project costs in order to meet budget 12-Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan 13-Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress 14-Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables 15-Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution 16-Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
