- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum one year working experience in the mechanical or electrical engineering field (Building Services).
- Previous project management experience is recommended.
- Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with architects, consultant teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop M&E system designs that meet project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards, local codes, and design intent.
- Liaison with authorities and project teams to ensure smooth operation of the project.
