Responsibilities

Analysing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs.
Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Handle daily activities of project and site works according to the approved drawings and specifications.
Preparing and arrange material order to deliver to site.
Assist Project Manager to procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance with the allocated approved budget.
Responsible to prepare monthly project progress claim and other documents.
Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors.
Managing bids from vendors and contractors.
Ensure timely completion of all projects.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
