Job Description

Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the electrical installation works. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and control daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work. \xc2\xb7 To carry out all materials / product receiving, handling & storage in accordance with the SOP. \xc2\xb7 Check and inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified / passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work. \xc2\xb7 Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate with the other construction / installation works by the others trades at site. Eg. M&E works. \xc2\xb7 Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to Project Manager / Construction Manager. \xc2\xb7 To ensure all the construction / installation at site shall follows / base on the approved works programme by client / SO / Consultant. \xc2\xb7 Attend coordination meetings, safety meetings and technical meetings as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by Project Manager / Construction Manager from time to time. Requirements \xc2\xb7 At least 1 to 2 years of working experience is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in Retrofit/Project in Building, Shopping complex or Hospital upgrading \xc2\xb7 Experienced in site management and relationship with all levels. \xc2\xb7 Having experience working in contractor firm is an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Able to work long hours. \xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure environment. \xc2\xb7 Possesses strong credibility for problem solving skill, detail-oriented and committed to work and task. \xc2\xb7 A highly motivated team player with strong influence to surrounding, interpersonal and communication.
