Execute Routine Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the electrical equipment including electrical Safety Critical Equipment to ensure that the technical integrity and reliability of the Plant equipment and facilities are preserved at all times, by statutory and Gas Global Asset Management Excellence ( Gas GAME ) requirements.

What\xe2\x80\x99s the role?

• Lead and execute Electrical preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance in accordance to the Scheduled Maintenance Program under Global Asset Management Excellence \xe2\x80\x93 Maintenance Execution ( GAME-ME ) and Electrical Equipment Integrity ( EEI ) in System Application and Products ( SAP ).
• To execute the Safety Critical Activities following specific performance standards as per Gas Global Asset Management Excellence ( Gas GAME ) processes & and align with Competency Development and Assessment ( CD&A ) for safe and reliable operation.
• Update the history of electrical equipment after execution of the Work Order and close the Work Order on time, especially for the Safety Critical Equipment Work Order.
• Create new job notifications to follow up on outstanding items found during preventive maintenance rounds or after completion of Quick Fix Work Order.
• Adhere to safe working practices following Life Saving Rules, Plant Safety Regulations, Electrical Safety Rules, Electrical Standing Instructions and the Sarawak Electricity Ordinance.
• Adhere to electrical standards/procedures/standing instructions and infrastructure planning whenever changes are made or time-based.
• Perform switching of high and low voltage systems without possible of back feed and be available for electrical duty call-out roster to provide effective 24-hour coverage.
• Support the Engineering team for the second line of complex technical fault troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Participate in fault/root cause analysis for those repeated defects, and produce countermeasures for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring of electrical spares and materials.

What do we need from you

• Diploma/certificate in Electrical Engineering or minimum 6 years of working experience in electrical engineering maintenance in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Authorized by Ministry of Public Utility Sarawak or Pesuruhanjaya Tenaga as Chargeman
• Authorized as Authorized Electrical Person (AEP)
• Ability to lead a team of junior technicians/contractor staff.
• Ability to interpret Key Line Diagrams and control circuits.
