Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Handle the shift/trouble shooting (related to Electrics) of the entire plant. \xc2\xb7 Handle all the modifications, wiring jobs, replacement of motors/coils etc. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the field drawings, housekeeping and test equipment. \xc2\xb7 Must have basic electrical skills to work (and troubleshoot) motors, Coils, Relays. \xc2\xb7 Operates switchgear of 33KV and 6.6KV voltage level. \xc2\xb7 Carries out Planned/Predictive maintenance as per ERP issued job cards and reports back on the status. \xc2\xb7 Handles all the modifications, wiring jobs, replacement of motors/coils etc. \xc2\xb7 Works in the work-shop as required and participates in the repair jobs of equipment. \xc2\xb7 Follows all safety procedures and raises the work permits as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Follows the Lock-out and Tag-out procedures and facilitates other departments to carry-out maintenance jobs. \xc2\xb7 Maintains the field drawings, housekeeping and test equipment. \xc2\xb7 He will participate in various safety drills that are conducted time to time; \xc2\xb7 To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time. Experience:

• Electrical Technician: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Chargemen H1 Certification (Required)
