The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment. Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and breakdowns. Implement corrective actions to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Wiring and Circuitry: Perform wiring, cabling, and circuitry for new installations and modifications. Ensure proper connections and adherence to electrical specifications. Equipment Testing: Conduct testing of electrical systems and equipment to identify and rectify problems. Use testing devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and voltage testers. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Create and update technical documentation and schematics. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all electrical work. Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role. Technical diploma or certification in electrical engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
