Responsibilities:
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical/ Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minumum 2 years experience in the Food Service Industry or other field preferred
Proficient in English both in written / spoken - essential.
Ability to handle pressure and work independently & willing to travel and work at odd hour when necessary
Must posses a GDL license
Requirements:
Trouble-shooting skills in Electrical / Gas / Refrigeration equipment a plus
To ensure all procedure and overall quality is maintained.
To perform the preventive maintenance work according to the schedule.
