Key Responsibilities Event Planning and Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in the planning and execution of events, including online events, webinars, and virtual conference Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events effectively, encompassing digital and traditional channels. Content Creation and Innovation: Create engaging event-related content, including promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns. Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts on websites. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team. Promotional Collateral Preparation Design and produce offline promotional materials, including flyers, bunting, and brochures. Write compelling copy for promotional collateral and marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials. Vendor Relations Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth coordination with external partners. Budget Management Assist in oversee event budgets, track expenses, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI. Development And Problem Solving Continuously expand knowledge and skills under the mentorship of the Sr. Marketing and Event Coordinator. Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues or challenges that may arise during events. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. [1-2] years of experience in event planning, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or education sector. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as well. Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software. Proficiency with online event platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx) are a bonus. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling event materials, engaging with attendees, and collaborating with team members. Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for event promotion and marketing campaigns. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and event details effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
