Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a ELV Manager/ Senior Manager to be based at their project site in Johor for a short term period. Candidates can be based in Selangor too, but have to be willing to be based in Johor for about 6 months upon joining.Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of electrical power and energy measurement in data centers.
• Proficiency in Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and other efficiency calculations in data centers.
• Ability to correlate Building Management System (BMS) data with tenant power usage and present it on the client portal.
• Advanced expertise in at least two BMS or Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS), with preference for Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation experience.
• Develop standardized BMS templates for engineering projects.
• Extensive experience in expert-level system integration.
• Proficiency in querying devices using Modbus and BACnet open protocols.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and web services (advantageous).
• Proficiency in IP networks and Windows server systems.
• Capability to diagnose and solve network issues affecting BMS functionality.
• Robust knowledge and skills in designing, debugging, testing, and integrating HVAC control systems.
• Develop comprehensive control system design documents, including operational sequences and system architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Control, Computer Science, Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over five years of experience in weak electrical system design, with participation in at least two full-scale projects for large to medium-sized data center experience.
• Ability to independently formulate solutions for weak electrical systems.
• Provide pre-sales support for major projects, including client communication, technical discussions, proposal generation, and technical specification development.
• Proficiency in crafting design solutions for intelligent building systems and generating construction drawings.
• Strong acumen for system requirement analysis, design, and budgeting.
• Well-versed in regulations governing electrical design and installation in intelligent buildings.
• Understanding the functionality, characteristics, and requirements of various components within weak electrical systems.

My client is a global certification company. They are looking for a Sustainability Client Manager (lead auditor) due to rapid expansion.

• Deliver ESg, GHG, SRA or any related management system assessment and prepare reports and deliver findings to client.
• Provide technical support for sustainability projects/product range such as ESG, GHG, etc.
• Conduct training activities related ISO standards or client-related requirements.
• Provide on-site assessments based on the requirements of standards or specifications.

Requirements

• Auditor with ISO standard knowledge in sustainability (ESG/GHG preferred) in the certification industry
• Able to travel frequently.
