Role Description We are looking for an Employee Engagement Expert to join our team in Shah Alam on a full-time on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives, as well as measuring and reporting on their effectiveness. The Employee Engagement Expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that our employees are engaged, connected, and motivated to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing employee engagement programs Experience with Employee Engagement Surveys, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Talent Management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization A passion for driving employee satisfaction, engagement, and culture
