Supervise daily empty container survey operations at the depot
Ensure inspections comply with IICL and shipping line requirements
Review and approve survey reports and damage estimates
Coordinate with depot operations, repair teams, and customers
Monitor survey quality, productivity, and safety compliance
Train and guide surveyors to meet operational targets
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in container surveying or depot operations
Prior supervisory or senior surveyor experience preferred
Strong knowledge of container damage, repair standards, and depot workflows
IICL certification or formal survey training is an advantage
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
Work Environment
Depot-based, outdoor operations
Shift work and weekends may be required

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
