Merchant Ecosystem Development team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the partners in the markets.
About the role
You will be responsible for the operation and management of TikTok Shop Partner ecosystem, design the full life cycle growth path of the service provider on the platform and build a match-making mechanism for service providers and merchants.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and management of TikTok Shop Partner ecosystem, and improving the cooperation efficiency between service providers and platforms by designing relevant policies, mechanisms and products of service providers.
- Responsible for lead generation of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) recruitment and development
- Provide ongoing support and evaluation to the service provider to help them grow rapidly on this platform.
- Responsible for planning and the execution of TikTok Shop Partner's development strategy.
- Be responsible for the overall performance indicators, partner satisfaction and product effectiveness of the service provider system.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in large Internet companies
- Familiar with the operation system of the e-commerce platform and the ecological operation mode of the service provider
- Have rich experience in project management and XFN collaboration
- Able to lead the team to continuously improve the satisfaction of partners through mechanized and productized solutions
