You\'ll work closely with different departments, from sales and marketing to IT, to understand their needs and develop the perfect solution.Here\'s what you\'ll do:

• Brainstorm and design tech solutions for new business initiatives
• Partner with business users across different areas (consumer, home, etc.) to ensure their needs are met
• Identify the best technologies for each project, keeping costs and user needs in mind
• Help teams make decisions by presenting clear solution options
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical plans
• Create detailed solution designs and present them to key stakeholders
• Review technical documents from other teams and ensure everything aligns with the overall plan

We\'re looking for someone with:

• A bachelor\'s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (telecommunications, engineering)
• Over 10 years of experience in IT and telecom companies
• At least 3 years of experience designing solutions within IT environments and mobile networks
• Strong knowledge of IT systems like CRM, digital platforms, and billing systems
• Experience with mobile network technologies (2G, 4G, 5G) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• An IT architecture certification is a bonus!
