About the Role As an Energy Efficiency Engineer , you will play a critical role within our Facilities Engineering team , driving energy conservation projects that reduce operational costs, enhance system performance, and support our corporate sustainability goals. You will be the technical expert ensuring our industrial facilities operate at peak efficiency through innovative electromechanical and HVAC optimization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning energy audits into actionable projects, managing full-cycle initiatives, and delivering measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement energy-saving strategies for large-scale industrial operations. Conduct detailed energy audits to identify conservation opportunities in electromechanical and HVAC systems. Lead end-to-end project management: from feasibility studies and ROI analysis to execution, verification, and reporting. Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustained energy savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Operations, Finance) to embed energy-efficient practices. Stay updated on energy regulations, standards, and emerging technologies and Prepare professional reports . What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on energy management experience in an industrial/factory environment. Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical and HVAC systems. Proven track record of delivering successful energy-saving projects. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in OFFICE suite and AutoCAD. Self-motivated team player with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
