Engagement Manager - CDP Practice The Opportunity: Manage entire customer engagement from the time of project commencement Discover and develop CDP use cases for clients Create use case documentation that outlines the use case benefits and implementation requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CDP and martech solutions Own the customer relationship from start to finish while focusing on accelerating time to value Participate in and guide project initiation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, training and launch, as well as initial post-launch support Partner with customer\'s decision-makers (VPs, SVPs, CXO) in understanding their business goals and use cases Partner with the customer in determining best solutions and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities tied to customer\'s objectives Provide thought leadership and guidance to both own project team and the client Be the subject matter expert in all things ADA and work with the customer as well as internal teams in driving the design of a scalable solution About You: 4+ years of project management experience working with distributed teams 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing technologies Have a deep understanding of the best practices relative to architecture, integration and optimization of marketing technology Analytical and strategic mindset to understand how to convert customer\'s objectives and business goals into actionable use cases and a tangible project plan Proven project leadership experience implementing enterprise solutions Time management skills - the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing projects at the same time Excellent communication (oral/written/presentation) skills; able to communicate and set expectations at various levels within customer\'s organization Ability to partner with customers and build strong relationships while influencing collaborative decision making B.S. or B.A. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics or related field Beneficial Qualifications Experience with CDPs Experience using SQL and database foundations for data management Consulting experience at Big 4 consulting firms Basic level of understanding of AI and ML concepts About the Team: We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to join our growing CDP Practice team in the Engagement Manager Role. In their role, an Engagement Manager orchestrates CDP implementation project from start to completion, managing technical and functional resources, working with cross-functional client stakeholders and senior leadership. The engagement management team advises our clients on strategies and best practices around customer data and Martech that are aimed at enabling use cases in marketing, sales and customer service, while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability. The Engagement Manager guides and guards the project governance, its scope, timelines, communication and day-to-day management along with the client. The EM manages the full lifecycle of the implementation, from discovery to launch, serving as the engagement owner, and point of contact for the client. In their role, the Engagement Manager often also acts as the SME advisor and advocate of CDP, helping drive product adoption. Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of possible travel to clients\' site.
