KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle customer enquiries, customer coverage, in-house sales pursuit and follow-ups on preliminary stage design, dealing with principle and generating technical/commercial proposal.
2. Formulating and implementing marketing plan of various strategies to meet defined goals and objectives.
3. Application engineering, generating and follow-ups on quotations and response to any technical clarification when needed.
4. To assist in tender preparation (technically and commercially) for metering system.
5. To assist in developing and execution for account management for selected customers, industries, and/or territories.
6. To assist in sales person to meet annual sales target for both Transwater and its Principal(s).
7. Review terms and conditions in contract during quotation and order stage with sales person in-charge.
8. Coordinate with customer service department in job execution.
9. To provide/update superior or sales person in-charge with information and potential projects in daily sales opportunities.
10. Assist in training and knowledge sharing within team mate to groom competency and skills.
11. To prepare inquiry review checklist, order entry checklist and hand over to project manager after awarded.
12. To adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.
13. Support other assigned activities when needed.
