\xef\xbb\xbfRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to understand relevant drawings, working procedures and requirements.
• Plan, managing and deliver the documents in compliance with the project\'s requirement on all aspects of design, including criteria, detailed design, term of construction and contract procedures.
• Check and coordinate technical drawings submissions.
• To ensure accurately and timely technical submission to the client and consultant.
• To alert and assist Project Manager / Technical Engineer on the contractual matter and compile the relevant technical documents accordingly.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project members.
• To attend technical meeting and others project meeting as required.
• Coordinates the works between client and other departments.
• Maintain effective and on-going communication between the site team members.
• Interaction with client, consultant, subcontractor, suppliers, authorities, and government agencies as required.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and external with Project and design team on design changes made models changes.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in plan and BIM project workflow criteria and comply with authority requirements.
• Monitor modelling / update drawings / inform Site Team on any changes.
• Contribute ideas to solve modelling issue and work efficiently.
• To carry out any other works that may be delegated or assigned to you from time to time by the Management of the Company
• Experience in conducting virtual coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Proficient in BIM, REVIT MEP
• Proficient and has good understanding on BIM process, executing design project in BIM environment, information management on common data platform, setting up workflow for MEP modelling, sheet drawing production, assets data management.
• Experience in system interface coordination exercises / multidiscipline interfaces.
• Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings,
• Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company\'s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory.
• Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works.
• Knowledge sharing with others, team working spirit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BIM Engineer with CSA background (MEP will be a bonus) and more than 5 years construction site work experience.
• Skill in drawing software Revit and do coordination and modelling works (Revit/ Navisworks/ ACC). Able to create section/ plan drawing from the model.
• Possess good technical knowledge on site matters.
• Full time based on site and able to work outstation. (first project station in Penang)
• We will consider junior Engineer but must have experience in BIM and has site experience.
