Job Description
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard and core tools (PFMEA, PPAP, APQP & Control Plan)
- Ability to use 3D Software eg. SolidWorks, NX
- Have knowledge on plastic injection molding
- Able to work independently as well as part of the team
- Excellent communication and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Responsible to ensure new mold fabrication, mold modification, mold refurbish, mold trial and First Article submission and approval following schedule.
- To prepare trial report and co-ordinate with mold maker for repair and improvement of mold.
- Analyze on product appearance and measurement data result after mold trial activity.
- Responsible on preparation of engineering documentation and customer approval documents.
- Subordinate for PFMEA activity
- Provide cost structure data to Business Development Department
- Determining special characteristics identified by customer.
- Compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 for product development activity.
