Act as solutions provider and communicate with customers pertaining to quality issues feedback.
Be the person to communicate and liaise with the manufacturing and R&D departments regarding market quality feedback and improvement activities.
To support customers/affiliates by attending sites for quality investigation and report making.
Involve in market quality performance summarization and analysis in order to improve products quality by proposing corrective and preventive action.
Liaise with affiliate and customer regarding warranty issue and ensure parts replacements are promptly executed.
To ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 and other related standard requirements.
