Engineer Electrical Plant Engineering & Maintenance
Job Description
1. To reduce unscheduled downtime
2. To identify the root cause of machinery behavior and plan out improvement plan to Plant Maintenance and Centralize Maintenance
3. To plan the Preventive Maintenance(PM) planning and schedule to ensure every plant follow
4. To prepare the PM Report for further analyze and planning
5. To prepare the Monthly Report for downtime analysis and improvement plan (cost saving monitoring)
6. To perform the Standard Checklist to monitor, plan for PM and improve unscheduled downtime
7. To perform the Monthly checklist (1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month) and Yearly checklist to monitor, plan for PM and improve unscheduled downtime
8. To record existing data and verified the parameter from Process Ruler to ensure the utility used in optimum
9. To guide, coach and follow up with Plant Maintenance on plant status and condition
10. To study the existing parameter, analyze and to reduce it to achieve energy saving on utility usage
11. To analyze the equipment behavior to achieve the maximum lifespan and to plan out the frequency of equipment/part replacement to Plant Maintenance
12. To coordinate and follow up with Kossan Engineer (K.E) for any improvement project (manpower from Plant Maintenance and Centralize Maintenance)
13. To conduct training and upskill program for technician
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering form accredited university or college with minimum 3 year experience in related field or equivalent.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
