Specialist/ Engineer - Plant Engineering (Test)

Your Responsibilities

Support the development, optimization, and stabilization of manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth product launch and ramp-up. Perform process capability studies, yield analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide technical support to production in daily operations, ensuring minimal downtime and scrap. Participate in cost reduction, automation, and productivity improvement projects. Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO).

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years experience in substrate industry or Semiconductor Industry Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skills
