Job Requirement:

Possess Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical engineering is preferred. 2 or more years of experience in related filed is required for this position. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple project and meet project deadlines. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Ability to interact effectively with all levels, and exercise independent judgement. Skill in applying engineering principles and practices. For problem solving, able to prepare plans ? data collection and root cause analysis ? action and implementation ? report and documentation. Familiar with AutoCAD, Draft sight or SolidWorks.

Job Responsibility:

General Purpose:-

Provide support to glove factory equipment, machinery, facilities and utilities system. Glove factory existing dipping line upgrading and modification. New factory set up (dipping line, equipment, machinery, facilities and utilities system installation and commissioning). Energy saving project.
Responsibilities:-

Report to plant engineering manager. Interface between plant management and engineering team. Responsible for matters relating new plant set up. Including plant utilities, facilities, dipping line and supporting equipment design, installation, piping work, trial run and commissioning. Carry out proper installation qualification and operation qualification activities to ensure dipping line machinery in good condition, machinery capability fulfil requirement. Responsible for the upgrading and modification of the old factory's dipping line for the mechanical problem, process optimization and energy saving. Standardize dipping line machinery design, easy for parts changing, less adjustment. Responsible for the energy saving project, work together with process team to optimize dipping line process parameter setting and process flow. Responsible to develop specification and drawing for main conveyor chain / holder parts / dipping line and dipping line parts. Provide job service, engineering and technical expertise to the factory, ensure safe, reliable, effective and efficient plant operation. Periodically audit and inspect plant to identify opportunity to optimize, reduce wastage, energy saving. Develop project plans, schedules, cost and budgets with engineering team. Document all project data, test and analysis results, ensure proper project handover.
