• The incumbent is responsible to carry out total preventive maintenance for CoGeneration System, building maintenance, Substation and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) in the plant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out total preventive maintenance for CoGeneration system, Building Maintenance, Substation, improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE), and to predict equipment deterioration rate.
• Ready to be on-call duty after working hours.
• Must be able to work on shift including weekend shift.
• To assist other colleague in day to day job.
• To provide works and guidance to subordinates.
• To follow-up and update day to day operation of facility department.
• To ensure subordinate efficiency, and to lead them to better productivity.
• To improve department teamwork.
• To liaise with contractor or supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities.
• To contact oversea service center for supporting or equipment troubleshooting or servicing.
• To liaise with government officer especially during the audit.
• To liaise with other departments/plants.
• To ensure all expenditure is within the budget.
• To ensure KPI\'s targets are achieved.
• To ensure legal compliance
• To provide training to all supervisors and technician within the department.
• To ensure safety of all workers and brief them accordingly.
• To ensure all operations and works are within the standard.
• To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO.And to keep track of all records.
• To reduce breakdown time, and to prevent breakdown.
• To rectify complain from customers.
• To assist in troubleshooting or modification works.
• To ensure spare parts availability.
• To carry out any jobs given by superiors.
• Always feedback to superior regarding any issues/problems/items.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTSEducation:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or any Equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in General Electric (GE) CoGeneration System or any other brand.
• Experience in building maintenance and substation.
• Experience in HV Generator System.
